Atlantic Reed Consort Concert

We welcome the Atlantic Reed Consort at the 8:45 am worship service AND for a concert in the sanctuary at 1 pm. The Consort, a quintet comprised of oboe, clarinet, bassoon, bass clarinet and saxophone, brings their cutting edge sound and style to contemporary  chamber music and classics like Bach, Gershwin and Ravel. Past performances include collaborations with Dissonance Dance Theatre, Moveius Contemporary Ballet, and the Alexandria Choral Society. They made their Carnegie Hall debut in January, followed by the release of their second album in February.
