IPV Distribution Event

Messiah Church is continuing our relationship with Iglesia Piedra Viva (IPV), Church of the Living Stone, with volunteers for their next paper goods and personal products item distribution event. Messiah has partnered with this United Methodist Church since it’s beginning. It now serves 51 low-income families living in South Minneapolis.
Please consider volunteering for this distribution event – Friday, April 22 at Park Avenue United Methodist Church. Volunteer spots start at 9:30 am. We’ll be packing and distributing bags of groceries. (Masks are required for all unvaccinated volunteers. Some roles are outside; please dress for the weather.) The "Sandwich Generation" Lunch & Learn
Saturday, April 20 @ 11 am-1 pm
Join us for a lunch & learn from a panel of professions who serve our senior community. If you are part of the “Sandwich Generation" (adults who are simultaneously raising children AND supporting their aging parents), this is for you! If you are a senior considering downsizing, aging in place, or other lifestage changes, this is for you! A free Subway sandwich lunch will be served.
