Let’s Talk Teens: Understanding Mental Health in Our Teenagers

Parents, coaches, educators, Scout leaders, ministry leaders, grandparents and all caring adults who engage with teenagers and pre-teens – you are invited to a FREE community seminar on understanding mental health in our teenagers. This 4-part series begins on Tuesday, March 10 with Depression and Anxiety 101. Counselors Sandy Mangle, MA, LMFT (from Relate Counseling Center) and Angela Nemeth, LGSW (from Nystrom & Associates) will speak on adolescent depression, suicide, and anxiety.
6:30-7 pm Light refreshments & connect one-on-one with community mental health resources
7-8 pm Two 30-minute counselor presentations
8-8:30 pm Connect one-on-one with community mental health resources
