Zoom Yogadevotion

Join us Saturday mornings (August 1-September 26; no class on September 5) for virtual Yogadevotion – faith integrated yoga. This 8-session Zoom class opens with scripture that speaks to the practice of faith. The body of the class is a combination of standing, balance and floor poses, before closing with restorative yoga, allowing for a time of reflection. Please wear comfortable layers. Enjoy a picnic dinner (hot dogs, chips & watermelon), Sugar Mamas ice cream truck, live music, balloon animals, RC car racing, summer games, door prizes, and MORE...all in our parking lot! This FREE event is open to the entire community – everyone is welcome! (And if it rains, we'll move the party inside.)
