Rev. Dr. Robinson was Senior Pastor of Messiah Church from 1986 to 2000. He had the original vision that became Bloom Early Learning & Child Care and Bloom's Shirley Robinson Scholarship Fund is named for his late wife. He currently leads a weekly Bible Study at Messiah on Wednesdays.
