A Respectful Conversation – Being United Methodist at Messiah Church

As we seek to grow in our relationships and live into being a community where everyone feels seen, heard, loved, and accepted, the Messiah Church Servant Steering Team invites you to attend A Respectful Conversation on Inclusion – Being United Methodist at Messiah Church on Sunday, February 19 from 12-3 pm. We’ll begin by sharing a meal and then, under the guidance of a Minnesota Council of Churches trained facilitator, you’ll have the opportunity to share your thoughts and perspectives on inclusion and listen to other’s thoughts and perspectives. This structured, interactive event provides a safe setting where all viewpoints can be heard and relationships enhanced. This conversation is not designed to change minds, but to soften hearts.

Children are welcome for lunch, but childcare is available during the adult-based Respectful Conversation – please indicate your need for childcare when you RSVP.
