Third Grade: “Bible” Milestone
November 20, 2022 @ 8:30 am - 11:30 am
We’ll celebrate our third graders on Sunday, November 20 as they receive their own Bibles. During each worship service, they will receive a special blessing, then between services they will meet together in the Lakeside room to receive their Bible, get hands-on learning on how to use their new Bible, enjoy a special treat, and make a fun art project. Meet other Messiah adults in their 20s & 30s at Under Pressure Brewing (8806 7th Ave N, Golden Valley). We'll gather for their "Friends" TV themed trivia night - invite a friend and join the fun! The "Sandwich Generation" Lunch & Learn
Saturday, April 20 @ 11 am-1 pm
Join us for a lunch & learn from a panel of professions who serve our senior community. If you are part of the “Sandwich Generation" (adults who are simultaneously raising children AND supporting their aging parents), this is for you! If you are a senior considering downsizing, aging in place, or other lifestage changes, this is for you! A free Subway sandwich lunch will be served.
