We Haven't Lost all our Marbles After All Message Intro
We welcome Rev. Lynn Sifrit who has a special message for us titled We Haven't Lost all our Marbles After All. What do a lost driver's license, a devastating tornado, and a handful of marbles have in common? Through stories of loss, resilience, and unexpected hope, this sermon explores God's faithful presence in life's darkest moments. When everything seems lost, the promise of Easter reminds us that the worst thing is never the last thing and that even in the midst of grief, God is still bringing life, hope, and reasons to believe we haven't lost all our marbles after all.
Rev. Lynn Sifrit is a retired Full Elder in the Great Plains Annual Conference (Kansas and Nebraska) of the United Methodist Church. Prior to retirement, Lynn served as a pastor in local churches for 23 years across Illinois and Kansas, and later spent 17 years as a Hospice Chaplain in Maryland. Lynn and his wife, Kathy, recently moved to Minnesota to be near their family, which includes four children and five grandchildren, and to enjoy the Minnesota winters. Lynn has been worshiping with Messiah for the past two years and currently enjoys playing ping pong, walking outside to enjoy nature, and fishing.
