What to Expect
Welcome to Messiah Church
Thank you for your interest in Messiah Church! We look forward to meeting you soon and having you join us on our journey of faith. At Messiah, you will experience Scripturally based teaching of God’s Word, live and inspiring music, and dynamic programming for children, students, and adults.
Visiting a new church for the first time is a big step so here are some tips to make it less daunting!
COVID Policies
Click here for the full details on our COVID response.
Sunday Worship Services
We offer two Sunday Services at 8:30 am (traditional worship style) and 10:30 am (contemporary worship style). Face masks are recommended, but not required.
Sunday School and Nursery Care
KID Street Sunday School (for ages 3 through 5th grade) and 6-8th Grade Sunday School is offered at 8:30 and 10:30 am. Both children and youth begin in the worship service and are dismissed together mid-service. On the first Sunday of the month, all youth attend worship and receive communion with their family.
A nursery is available for infants and toddlers (birth through age 3), at 8:30 and 10:30 am.
Come As You Are Attire
No need to get dressed up when you come (unless you want to!). We’re an informal group who like to dress casually, pray fervently, worship passionately, and grow in our knowledge of and relationship with the one true God.
Sunday Coffee Hour
Following each worship service, join us in Heritage Hall across the lobby from the sanctuary. Friendly people from the Messiah family would like to meet you and tell you more about Messiah.
Discover Messiah Gatherings
If you’re new to Messiah Church, you’re invited to attend a Discover Messiah gathering held at various times during the year. This will:
- Help us to get acquainted
- Meet the pastors and staff from Messiah who will answer your questions
- Discover how God can use you and your special gifts to find purpose and meaning in your life.
Contact Heather Felt for more information on the next Discover Messiah.
