Carrying forward the tradition of honoring Martin Luther King, Jr.’s legacy through serving others, Messiah is sponsoring two opportunities to serve at Feed My Starving Children in Chanhassen on MLK Day. Together, 170 of us will pack food for hungry children around the world on this important day! Sign up to serve as an individual, a family or with your friends or neighbors. A perfect way to make a difference, for ages 5-105. Click here to sign up or call the church office at (763) 473-6968.
Messiah is excited to collaborate with local nutritionist Teri Rose, who will detail the cornerstones of healthy eating and share techniques for maintenance and long-term motivation at this FREE workshop. Leave with the tools for turning changes into lifelong habits that will make 2020 your most vital year yet! Click here to RSVP by Thursday, January 23 to Kami Pohl, Director of Community Engagement.
Join us at Wayzata Free Church (705 County Road 101 North, Plymouth) for Building Resilience: How to Bounce Back Physically, Emotionally & Spiritually. This wellness series is sponsored by the West Suburban Faith Community Nurses and provides information to help you make smart choices regarding your health and safety. Each session is $5/person, includes a light lunch and offers an opportunity to meet others. Click here to register by Thursday, February 6.
