Cub Pharmacy Flu Shot Clinic

Flu season is just around the corner! Be prepared with the Flu (Influenza) Shot Clinic at Messiah, provided by Cub Pharmacy, on Sunday, October 2, 9:30 am-12:30 pm in the church office. Come for worship, stay for fellowship, and get your flu shot too! Adults and children (ages 6 and up) are welcome. Fluzone (ages 6-64) and the High-Dose Fluzone (ages 65 and above) will be available. Other vaccines, including the COVID vaccine, are not available at this clinic. Click here to schedule your appointment today!

Please bring your health insurance card and your prescription/pharmacy insurance card (if applicable), or be prepared to pay cash. Please click here to download, print and complete the Cub Pharmacy Vaccine Informed Consent Form prior to your appointment. Walk-ins will also be welcome, but appointments are preferred. Note: There is no wait time necessary between receiving a COVID-19 vaccine and a flu shot. A person previously infected with COVID may receive the flu shot at least 10 days after diagnosis and once symptoms are gone.
