Imara Sunday

Sunday, October 29 is Imara Sunday, a day on which we highlight Imara International. Imara, one of Messiah Church’s covenant mission partners, is a US-based nonprofit working in Kenya to provide an opportunity for teenage mothers to earn a high school degree and learn skills to support themselves and their children. They are building strong families and communities while breaking the cycle of poverty. During worship on Sunday, you will hear more about Imara and its impact on girls and children in Kenya. Then after each service, linger in Heritage Hall to enjoy coffee hour hosted by Imara. To learn more about Imara International, visit www.imarainternational.org.

Join us between worship services for Sunday Funday & our Servant Sunday Brunch! Our Creation Care ministry team has Earth Day craft projects for the kids in the atrium and everyone is invited to the Bagels, Bacon & Fruit Brunch in Heritage Hall to celebrate our Messiah servants. Come early (if you plan to attend 10:30 worship), or stay later (if you plan to attend 8:30 worship). Everyone is invited!
Mother's Day Worship
