Renew U

Do you need to relax, renew, reflect, and reconnect? On Saturday, October 15, 9 am-2 pm, join us at Renew U, a one-day women’s event, where you can do just that! Open your eyes to the glory of God’s creation through a guided “forest bathing” experience led by Pastor Jerad Morey (note: this exercise will be adapted to meet varying physical abilities – all can participate). From speaker Nicole Eikenberry, learn about mindful eating and discover a new peace with food and your body in order to live more comfortably and vibrantly. Make a simple and elegant fall centerpiece with the harvest from nearby “Blooms on Brockton Lane.” Enjoy a catered box lunch and spend quality time connecting with friends old and new.
