Renew U

Do you need to relax, renew, reflect, and reconnect? On Saturday, October 7, 10 am-2:30 pm, join us at Renew U, a one-day women’s event, where you can do just that! This day is designed to open our minds to new topics, our creative selves to new creations, and our hearts to new connections with each other. Sharyn Resvick will teach us tips and ideas for creating a spiritual vision board. Barbara Reimer from Craft + Joy will talk about charcuterie board design (and everyone will make their own to enjoy for lunch!). Messiah member and faith community nurse Sondra Weinzierl will speak on “Mental Health: Offering Help and Hope.“ And Imara International’s Amy Rintamaki will teach us how to make Kenyan confetti beaded bracelets. It’s time to relax and Renew U!
