Renew U

Do you need to relax, renew, reflect, and reconnect? Join us at Renew U, a one-day women’s event, where you can do just that! On Saturday, October 16, from 9:30 am-2:30 pm, we’ll listen and learn from two speakers on mindfulness and aromatherapy, experience an introductory Tai Chi class, make a dried flower fall wreath, and enjoy a boxed lunch from Cafe Zupas and good conversation with friends. Connect with other women and make new friends. It’s time to relax and Renew U!
